Dawa Geljen Sherpa heads the Adventure Thamserku operation. A qualified mountaineering guide, Dawa has been leading treks and expeditions for over 26 years.
Born in Lukla, Dawa has an impressive climbing record in the Himalaya, having been on expeditions to Everest, Cho Oyu, Broad Peak, Baruntse, and Ama Dablam amongst others. He is extremely highly regarded by clients, peers and staff alike. A popular and in-demand leader, Dawa conducts most of the mountaineering trips himself, and prides himself on hand-picking skilled, knowledgeable and experienced staff for all other treks, to ensure the success of each one and the enjoyment of each participant. His English is fluent and idiomatic, and he enjoys the social interaction with his clients.

Gombu handles the Operations Department of Adventure Thamserku for treks, tours, and climbing in Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. More than 18 years of experience of working as a trek and tour operator has made him familiar with most of the treks, tours and climbing regions in adventure tourism in Nepal. He is good in advising and customizing the trips ensuring that every adventure trip runs with high standards and Safety First. He is mostly engaged in the city area and deals with the various clients. He also covers trek and tour programs in Tibet and Bhutan and known for his exceptional enthusiasm and energy.
Pemba Sherpa has been working in the field of tourism since past 8 years. He deluges the office with both administrative and field experience. He has been working as a communication and logistic manager at Adventure Thamserku for the past 5 years. In general, Pemba take cares of office warehouse, manages communication, transportation and customer services. He manages and allocates office resources as per the need during the treks and expeditions. Also, Any business related with IT is overseen by Pemba to control the order cycle. Besides that he also leads clients to various field trips at leisure. He is a trained guide and holds a national guide license for trekking in any regions of Nepal. His modest nature and blameless relationship with locals on the trek makes it more exhilarating to trek with him.
Energetic and Professional trekking and climbing guides working with us since a decade. He has completed the advance mountaineering course and advanced medical training. Expert in leading climbing trips and crossing the high passes. He have also Worked as climbing instructor for 9 years with equator Nepal trek and expedition P. ltd.
He have climbed Island-Peak more than 200 times, Mera-peak 5 times, Amadablam 2 times, Lobuche-Peak 30 times, and few peaks of western part of Nepal like Ngawal Peak, Pisang-Peak, Chulu Peak, Yala Peak etc. He had also done some mountain Biking tour guide.
Born in Solu-khumbu region and started his career in trekking field at the age of 14. He have 19 years of experience in trekking field and been working with Adventure Thamserku since then. He has climbed Island-Peak 6 times, Mera-Peak 3 times and Chulu-Far East 2 times.
