Pemba Dorji Sherpa was born and raised in Lukla, Nepal the gateway to the Everest region where he developed a deep connection to the landscapes, culture, and traditions of the Khumbu Himal from an early age. Today, he is a highly experienced and licensed trekking guide, renowned for leading journeys along Nepal’s most iconic routes, including Everest Base Camp, the Annapurna Circuit, and a wide network of remote Himalayan trails.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Tribhuvan University, Pemba Dorji brings a thoughtful and informed perspective to his work, seamlessly blending academic insight with extensive field experience. His approach to guiding goes beyond navigation; he curates immersive, meaningful adventures that foster cultural understanding, environmental awareness, and personal discovery. Driven by a strong commitment to sustainable tourism, Pemba Dorji actively supports community-based initiatives in the Solukhumbu region.
