NAAR PHU VALLEY TREK

NAAR PHU VALLEY TREK

NAAR PHU VALLEY TREK

The Nar Phu Trek is a remarkable excursion into the secluded valleys of Nar and Phu, which are situated in Nepal’s isolated Annapurna Conservation Area. This trek, which is less popular with tourists, provides a unique chance to experience pristine scenery and the old Tibetan culture of the area. Trekking via high mountain passes, steep gorges, glaciers, and traditional villages offers the ideal combination of cultural exploration and excitement.

The pre-monsoon months of March through May and the post-monsoon months of September through November are the ideal times to do the Nar Phu Trek. The views are clear and the weather is usually consistent at these times. Additionally, the moderate temperatures make for more comfortable trekking conditions.

The Nar Phu Trek blends natural beauty and cultural depth to provide a one-of-a-kind and spectacular trekking experience. It is the perfect option for those who want to experience the authentic Tibetan way of life while venturing down some of the less-traveled trails in the Himalayas. Along with physical challenges, this trek delivers a great sense of accomplishment and a profound connection to Nepal’s tranquil and spiritual surroundings.

Nar Phu Trek lies in the restricted area under the Annapurna Conversation Area. Thus, to access the restricted parts of the Nar and Phu Valleys, trekkers require a special authorization. Trekkers need to issue restricted area permit from immigration office in Kathmandu before you head for your trek. The permit can’t be made locally. On top of the restricted area permit, you also need the regular Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP). Both the permits will be prepared by your agency in Kathmandu.
